For sale: Thistle 3825, six-time national champion, second place at Nationals in 2022 and sixth in 2025. 3825 was originally commissioned by Dave Dellenbaugh in 1990, who sailed her to the tremendous results above. I am the second owner, having bought 3825 in 2015 and sailed her for 9 years out of the Nyack Boat Club. I have preserved all of Dave’s original rigging choices, but have recently upgraded to an adjustable forestay and new side stays, and have replaced the aft centerboard trunk cap with new mahogany.
