Basic Regatta Notes
There were 9 boats to kick off the Lake Erie Fall Series. With light and variable winds, the PRO Jim Diffley provided the teams with the best that could be had for the day. Three short and challenging races. The races were followed up by good food and conversation with some long time friends as well as some new ones. All participants are looking forward to the upcoming Lake Erie Fall Series Events.
Clean Regatta Notes
We had a clear regatta. A focus on minimizing paper (not printing NOR and SIs), food from local meat market and farm, no plastic straws or utensils, everyone bringing their own drink cups and recycling for beverages containers after the races.
