1976 D&M Thistle hull number 3458. I purchased the boat last year. It had not been sailed for some time and needed a little work. I purchased it with the goal of making it safe, competitive, and back in the fleet. I did sail the boat last fall and found a leak at in the bow tank and at the centerboard pivot location. THISTLE FIBERGLASS, circa 1970’s Original owner raced it a few times, then put it in shed until 1996. Our kids had seen a Thistle and absolutely wanted one.
