  1. 2025 April membership: 414 and May 444
  2. Working on Youth Members Memberships numbers and
  3. Will send an email out to past due members as a reminder
  4. Renewal Membership letter has been sent to all active members as of June 5, 2025
• Treasurer’s Report: Sarah Paisley
  304. January to May 2025 P&L: Total Income- $33,304.40, Net Income- $3,600.88
  305. May 2025 Balance Sheet: Total Assets $149,272.14
  306. Account totals: Regular Checking- $16,590.74; G&P Fund- $133,308.72; and Endowment Fund- $102,000.00
• First VP’s Report: Aaron Holland
  1. Sandusky; NATIONALS 2025
     1. Approved one alternative qualification, which met the criteria; no further approval required
     2. ExCom held a discussion on one special exception. Discussed, motioned and approved.

• Gave an update on Nationals planning from the National Committee meeting on Monday, June 9.

1. Aaron will send out emails to the 2025 trophy winners to remind them to bring or send perpetual trophies to Sandusky Nationals.

1. No updates on Eugene Nationals
2. All Interdistricts for 2025 are scheduled

• Second VP’s Report: Paul Cone
  1. Website
     1. U26 policy page has been created, need to add website menu navigation.
     2. Pierce Barden will no longer be updating the website Market Place. He has sold his boat.

• Working to reduce website spammers

1. Bagpipe
   1. There are only a few submissions for the Aug/Sept Bagpipe, the deadline for submission is July 1^st.
   2. Allen Boat Company is planning to have an ad.

• Sailteck is planning to have an ad. They would like to pay part of the ad cost with a compass for the TCA to raffle.

1. Still working with a potential builder to produce Thistles.
2. Propose the TCA purchase a Zoom account, will investigate non-profit discount first.
3. Working with Clubspot for regatta setup from TCA login.

• Third VP’s Report: Lloyd Kitchin
  1. Reported that he has not had any request from Youth Members to participate in chevron events after Midwinters
  2. Requested the Lloyd check with all the NOR for chevron events to see if it mentions U26
• Chief Measurer: Bob White
  1. Waiting to hear from Allen Boat Works about the mast being made so TCA can approve the design.
• Past President’s Report: Nicole Shedden
  1. Working on a Bagpipe article on the decision-making process of “sail at ANY Districts is the qualifier” bylaw change
  2. The Nominating Committee is working on the 2025 slate
  3. Membership marketing campaign: Continuing to draft a poster to promote TCA membership, particularly associate.
  4. MWE trophy deeds: Craig Smith is bringing boxes of historical TCA files to Nationals; hoping to find MWE deeds
• President Report: Warren Duckworth
  1. July 15 will be our next and final meeting before the Annual Meeting. Start getting your reports for the GB and Annual meeting prepared.
  2. There is one amendment for the Annual meeting on Sail reefing it has been published, and a link will be sent with the Annual meeting notice that will be sent to members.
  3. Blair Dryden has been asked to be the point person on Vakaros communications, so that the TCA can try to speak with a single voice. Aaron is working on Vakaros with Blair and the NRC.
• Old Business
  1. Allen Boat Company is planning on building masts and booms, but we have not received any further details.
  2. Beacon Composites is still holding the molds for the short term.
  3. Key Event Management Plan: Remove section on Regional and it can be published with a watermark.
  4. 2026 MWE –March 11-15 at the Pensacola Yacht Club, FL Wednesday March 11^th is a coaching day and the regatta is Thursday, March 12 to Sunday March 15, 2026. Provided recommendation to Tommy Glenn

• New Business:
  1. Discussed Boat and Skipper Eligibility list updates and requirements.
  2. Discussed the possibility of having a Clubspot discount code for U26 memberships.
