      1. Fleets numbers for voting at Annual meeting
      2. Reviewing all participants for 2025 Nationals for Qualifications
  • Treasurer’s Report: Sarah Paisley
    1. January to June 2025 P&L: Total Income- $35,267.60, Net Income- $1,712.92
    2. June 2025 Balance Sheet: Total Assets $147,384.18
    3. Account totals: Regular Checking- $16,590.74; G&P Fund- $133,308.72; and Endowment Fund- $102,000.00
  • First VP’s Report: Aaron Holland
    1. Budget- Summary at top of proposal to break even for the year to be voted on at GB meeting at Nationals
      1. Recommend dues increase
      2. Use a discount code for an Bagpipe electronic copy
    2. Sandusky; NATIONALS 2025
      1. Vakaros
        • Contract will document what the devise will do
        • The devises are not separately insured; TCA will conduct testing and may take responsibility for loss, stolen, or damaged devises
        • Need charging stations; standard battery life is 100 hours and devises will come fully charged
      2. Working to get the Women’s National keeper trophies
  • Working to get the Loy Vaughn Trophy delivered to Sandusky
  1. Approved one alternative qualification, which met the criteria; no further approval required
  2. ExCom held a discussion on one special exception. Discussed, motioned and approved.
  1. No updates on Eugene Nationals
  • Second VP’s Report: Paul Cone
    1. A boat builder is still thinking of building fiber glass and wood but no rigging
    2. Alex Venegas has centerboard molds- need to transport boards back to PNW
    3. Ollie Kunz is working to identify rigging supply company
    4. TCA Zoom Account is up and running

      1. New Marketplace Manager: Tim Vining
    6. Bagpipe
      1. Bagpipe is at the printers
      2. Allen Boat Company no response to putting an ad into the Bagpipe.
    7. Sail Tech Compass is to be delivered tomorrow
    8. Social Media groups- trying to bring this back after 2020
    9. Mission Bay MWW meeting is scheduled for July 31, 2025

    1. There were no requests from U26 members for sailing Nationals.

    1. Measurement went well at Nationals and thanked Paul Kreitler and Noah Craciun for their help

    1. Governing Board Meeting planned for Monday, August 4, 2025, at 7:30 p.m.
      1. Vote on changes to Article X specifications and Chief Measurements Rulings
      2. Vote on dues increases
    2. Annual Meeting planned for Tuesday, August 5, 2025, after racing
      1. There is an amendment for the Annual meeting on Sail reefing it has been published, and a link will be sent with the Annual meeting notice that will be sent to members.
      2. Inform the class of dues increase if passed in GB meeting.
  • Old Business
    1. Allen Boat Company is planning on building masts and booms, but we have not received any further details.
    2. Beacon Composites is still holding the molds for the short term. Northwest One Design CB mold is being transported to Sandusky to travel West.
    3. Great Midwest Yacht Co plans to continue Rudder and Centerboard production. Doug continues to repair boats and supply parts. Racelite is supplying parts to Great Midwest as well.
