  1. October meeting minutes: Approved by email
  2. Membership: October 2024 574 and November 2024 580 (+6) (November 2023, 592 memberships)
  3. Getting ready to order National Trophies for President Div. and Specials
  4. Clubspot Meeting- Donation link on 2025 membership invoices
• Treasurer’s Report: Sarah Paisley
  655. January to November P&L: Total Income- $127,655.60, Net Income- 79,944.09
  656. November P&L: Total Income- $4,300.00, Net Income- $2,299.96
  657. November 2024 Balance Sheet: Total Assets $150,078.86
  658. 2025 Budget was reviewed and will be voted on in January
• First VP’s Report: Aaron Holland
  1. Attended the meeting for the 2025 National’s at Sandusky. The committee is working hard and is well organized
  2. The MWE meeting November went well, NOR done
  3. MWW All seems good, will check back with the committee in January
  4. Regionals – trying to keep them from being in conflict.
• Second VP’s Report: Paul Cone
  1. Still working on uploading pictures into Marketplace
  2. Troubleshooting pictures on calendar
  3. Updated the plug-ins
• Third VP’s Report: Lloyd Kitchin
  1. Spoke to Evan Hoffman about his plan for growth in the Snipe Class
• Chief Measurer: Bob White
  1. Received a quote from Dwyer Mast & Rigging regarding the retail cost of a new mast
  2. Bob will send me the quote
• Past President’s Report: Nicole Shedden
  1. National Trophies
     1. Mini Hubcap Trophies for the top 5 championship winners.
     2. Larry Shedden has 20 plaques done and will be delivered in January
  2. National Seed Money first to be voted on tonight
  3. Sail maker Policy providing training webinars
  4. Coach TCA- Stan Smith is interested in writing the charter
• President Report: Warren Duckworth

1. Nominating Committee – Still TBD – I have not done any further work on it
2. RVP – I have made no progress in finding a replacement for Craig Koschalk as GL RVP. Again, we have some time, but I would like to have someone identified and working with Craig before the first of the year.
3. Nationals 2024 trophies
   1. Nicole for hubcaps
   2. Dianne for order processing
   3. Dianne sent Chris Murphy request for funds from Toms River, no reply

• Old Business
  1. Key Event Management Plan – Aaron reported there are 25 members reviewing and is now waiting for responses
  2. Looking for NRC Guideline Document to communicate to PRO that Wayne Balsinger created- will check with Jerry Pignolet. Nicole Shedden will check with her husband, Jesse.
  3. Seed money for Nationals at Sandusky/ per loan agreement -Sandusky ask for $2,000.00- motioned and approved
