These unusual times call for innovative solutions to conventional problems. As stipulated in the TCA Constitution, Article XV, paragraph 1, The Annual Meeting shall be held during the period of and in the vicinity of the National Championship Series, if possible. Although we have postponed the 2020 Thistle Nationals, we will be holding the 2020 annual meeting via ZOOM on August 18, 2020 at 8pm. The ZOOM invitation will be posted on the List Serve, the TCA Website and will be sent to all Regional Vice Presidents, District Governors and Fleet Captains. The invitation will NOT be shared on social media to avoid ZOOM Bombing.
All TCA members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Thistle Class Constitution Article XVIII, paragraph 2, Members may be heard, but only accredited delegates, proxies, alternates, and isolated members shall vote on motions. Meeting logistics and protocols will be distributed along with the Zoom invitation in the near future.
